was now for Rs. 7,500/-Pleased to hear this, X immediately brought the phone
and paid the price. Upon reaching Home and switching on the Mobile Phone, X
realized that the Software Update was ‘outdated’. Mr. X went back to the Shop
and claimed that he had been cheated and demanded refund. The Shopkeeper
immediately retorted that he was not liable and shall not refund the amount
