The company has hired you as a consultant to understand and solve this issue

b. Explain what strategies can be used by Mercure to resolve these conflicts?

1. Markets evolve on a continuous basis and the challenge is not just to stay relevant but lead the change rather than be a victim of change. Companies like Blackberry, Apple & Kodak have had their opportunities and threat with change. Discuss any of these 2 companies and their ways of handling change and comment upon them. Your comments must include your understanding of where they failed / succeeded with reference to the change management process and factors that resist Change. Give examples.
2. You have recently joined ANB Company as their Operations Head. You are required to deliver the KRAs from the very first quarter. The pressure is high but so it the opportunity.
